Detroit Lions’ captain starting linebacker Stephen Tulloch is expanding his Operation 55 program to help local students across Detroit. Tulloch is known for his community efforts off of the field and has put together a campaign to take his community support and involvement to another level.

September 16, 2013; DETROIT, MI: On Friday, October 18, Detroit Lions starting middle linebacker Stephen Tulloch will host the 2nd Annual NFL Kickoff Event at Happy’s Pizza and Pub (7170 Orchard Lake Road, West Bloomfield). The event will raise funds for The Stephen Tulloch Foundation’s Operation 55 program that he runs throughout the NFL season. The event will run from 7 pm – 11 pm and feature complimentary food, drink specials, door prizes, a silent auction and live auction.
September 17, 2013; DETROIT, MI: Detroit Lions’ middle linebacker Stephen Tulloch is hosting an Evening of Hope to honor local women who have been affected by breast cancer on Friday, October 11 at 7 pm at Tre Monti Ristorante (1695 E Big Beaver Rd, Troy). The event will feature a night of complimentary food and beverages, music and fun, dedicated to women of Metro Detroit who have been affected by the disease in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
September 17, 2013; DETROIT, MICHIGAN: Detroit Lions’ middle linebacker Stephen Tulloch is partnering with Lady Jane’s Haircuts for Men and their foundation, Wicked Awesome Wishes throughout the 2013 NFL season to raise awareness of childhood and breast cancer in Metro Detroit. Through the partnership, Tulloch and Lady Jane’s will choose a child or family that have been affected by cancer to receive two front row tickets to the every Detroit Lions home game.
Since Stephen arrived in Detroit he thought of a way to positively impact people in need and also support those who are making a difference. As a critical part of his Operation 55 program the foundation created the Game Day Experience initiative.
On December 7, 2012, Stephen Tulloch and friends will team up with Angels of Hope to bring the Southeast Michigan business community together for a special evening, the 4thAnnual Athletes Adopting Families for the Holidays event at Tre Monti in Troy, MI (1695 East Big Beaver Road Troy, MI 48083).
On Friday, September 28, Stephen Tulloch will host his NFL Kick Off Event at Bianchi’s Salon (16650 18 Mile Road, Clinton Twp). The event will raise funds for the Stephen Tulloch Foundation’s Operation 55 program that he runs throughout the NFL Season. The event will have complimentary food and beverages, a silent auction and live auction including autographed footballs from Stephen and his teammates, doors open at 6:30pm.

Detroit Lions’ starting linebacker, Stephen Tulloch, will be hosting a wine tasting event on Monday, December 12, 2011, at Tre Monte Ristorante, located at 1695 East Big Beaver Rd, Troy MI. The event will feature wines offered by Veritas Distributors as well as strolling hors d’oeuvres and a live auction of various sports memorabilia. Funds generated from this event will benefit the Stephen Tulloch Foundation, supporting Operation 55.
Detroit Lions starting Linebacker, Stephen Tulloch has put a challenge out to the Jalen Rose Leadership Academy (JRLA) students. All students at JRLA have been sent an assignment from Tulloch to write a 1-2 page essay on leadership, why it’s important and what it means to them.
When anybody talks about the early-season surprises in the NFL, it’s hard to look past what is going on in Detroit. The Lions are one of only two undefeated teams, and are off to a 5-0 start for the first time since 1956.

Detroit Lions starting linebacker, Stephen Tulloch is already making a difference here in the community by reaching out to multiple organizations and groups of underprivileged kids and families. On September 17, 2011 Tulloch will be partnering up with HYPE Athletics to take 100 kids to see The Lion King in 3-D at the Imagine Theatre in Canton, Michigan.
