Livonia, Mich. (September 12, 2011) — Real men eat cupcakes, including Detroit Lions Linebacker Stephen Tulloch.

 

Tulloch is teaming with Just Baked to create his very own cupcake called, “The Linebacker”, a Blue Velvet flavored cupcake with a white cream cheese frosting.

 

A portion of the proceeds sold for each cupcake will benefit ST55, The Stephen Tulloch Foundation and will be sold at all eight Just Baked locations in time for the Detroit Lions’ home opener on Sunday September 18^th.  The Stephen Tulloch Foundation helps underprivileged youth with opportunities to be successful and have the same opportunities as other children.

 

The new cupcake, which will be available on Thursday through Sunday only during the football season, will make its debut at a private event on Saturday September 17^th, as Tulloch will be partnering up with HYPE Athletics to take 100 kids to see The Lion King in 3-D at the Emagine Theatre in Canton, Michigan.

 

“It’s really exciting as I enter my first year as a Detroit Lion to partner with Michigan-based companies like Just Baked,” said Tulloch. “Thanks to Pam Turkin and the entire Just Baked team for helping us create ‘The Linebacker’ and I can’t wait for Lions fans to try one and help raise some much needed funds for the youth of Detroit.”
